For infomational purposes only, the Sepcial Election ballots were opened and tallied on Monday November 25th. The Results were as follows:

"Yes" votes: 214

"No" votes: 629

Please note that your association attempted to conduct a special election to fund the next clubhouse at Whitney Ranch on Tuesday October 22, 2019. In order to hold the election, and for the measure to pass, a minimum of 942 “yes” votes were needed. The effort failed, as not enough ballots were received to hold the election.  See summary of ballots received below.

  • Total Ballots received: 886
  • Total Verified (name, address and signature matched up to those on the voter list): 843
  • Total Invalid received: 43 (15 had no signature and 28 had no name, address and signature on the outer envelope).

 Future Boards with a homeowner majority will determine whether to make another attempt at funding and constructing a second facility when the community is larger.
