California Civil Code Section 4360(a) requires that a Board of Directors give their Association members twenty eight (28) days general notice of any rule change they are considering, so that members may offer comments and opinions on the proposed changes. 
The Board of Directors is considering revising the Architectural Guidelines.  For your convenience, a copy of the entire proposed draft is attached along with a copy of the current guidelines and a spread sheet which lists all the proposed changes. The Board has deleted any changes to the holiday decorating rules from the draft guideline revisions. 
Effective date of Rule Change: January 19, 2021 
Members have twenty eight (28) days to submit comments regarding these proposed changes. After consideration of any comments made by association members, a decision on the proposed Architectural Guideline changes will be made at a meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for January 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via conference or video call.

The Board will take all comments into consideration prior to implementing the rule changes. If the guidelines are adopted as presented with no substantial changes, such action will be noted in the Board Meeting Minutes, posted in the bulletin board at The Ranch House, on the association’s website, and sent out via email.
